Developer of a platform that automates the identification, tracking, and follow-up of patients with incidental findings. Eon’s Patient Management (EPM) solution automates the identification of incidental findings with computational linguistics to sift through unstructured data in radiology reports. If EPM uncovers an incidental finding, EPM then provides care teams with evidence-based clinical suggestions for the correct follow-up care. If the provider organization cannot manage the follow-up care, Eon can manage follow-ups with Eon Care Management (ECM), Eon’s in-house care team.

UCHealth has partnered with Eon to better manage incidental pulmonary findings and will work with Eon to develop additional EPM modules.
